Situated in Valencia, Habitual restaurant is a project for the chef Ricard Camarena. With a surface area about 300m², poplar wood was used to perform several roles: address the issue of acoustics and add warmth to the space and create a continuous dialogue with the other features used to give it personality. The idea of drilling the wood arose from the most common motif in gastronomy: the circle (plate, glass, cup, etc.). Using this and Le Creuset Cookware, we managed to create geometric clarity and identity.
